1.Do you have stock products to sell?
A:No, we only accept OEM/ODM order, not selling stock boxes.
All packaging boxes are customized as per your own design artwork printing.
2. What artwork file format should I provide?
A:Vector file such as AI or PDF format is the best.
3.Do you provide a physical proof before mass production?
A:Yes, we highly recommend it. We provide a hard copy proof for your final sign-off. This allows you to check colors, materials, and finishes in hand before we run the full order. A digital (soft) proof is also available for layout verification.
4.What’s your lead time?
A: Sample making around 3-7 working days. Mass production around 10-25 working days.
